Qualifications & experience
- Minimum education: Associate’s Degree (D3) in any major.
- Maximum age: 40 years old.
- At least 2 years of experience in the insurance or insurance brokerage industry.
- Holding a professional insurance certification (e.g., AAAIK/AAAIK) is a strong advantage.
- A proactive team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to perform under pressure.
- Results-driven and highly motivated to achieve targets.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Taks & Job Responsibilities:
- Proactively follow up on sales pipelines and new business prospects.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Explore and develop additional business opportunities from existing clients (extensions or cross-selling).
- Provide clients with up-to-date information on insurance terms and conditions during the closing process.
- Deliver the best and most suitable insurance proposals tailored to client needs.
- Present comparative analysis between new proposals and clients’ existing policies (if applicable).
- Remind and follow up with clients regarding policy payment due dates and installments.
- Coordinate and collaborate with the marketing team through regular weekly meetings.
- Double-check both system entries and hardcopy documents for invoice issuance accuracy.
- Monitor monthly production versus targets, and implement action plans to achieve performance goals.
